We deliver our products across Europe — safely, reliably, and with attention to every detail.

Our trusted logistics partners (DPD, DHL and others) ensure that your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.


Delivery options:

• Door-to-door courier delivery — via international carriers (Post NL, DHL, etc.)
• Self-pickup — from our warehouse in Brugge, Belgium (by prior arrangement)


Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on your country and courier.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order.

Payment

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as using our products.

You can choose any convenient payment method:

• Online payment — Visa / Mastercard
• Bancontact — a common online payment method in Belgium
• PayPal — secure international checkout
• Bank transfer — for bulk or business orders


All prices are displayed in EUR (€), including taxes.

For custom-made or non-standard items, production and delivery times are discussed individually.
