Tverdi Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our furniture. Every Tverdi product comes with an official 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

What the warranty covers

• manufacturing defects;
• hardware, mechanisms, or fastener issues;
• material defects that affect functionality.

What the warranty does not cover

• mechanical damage caused during use;
• signs of improper care or misuse;
• natural wood variations (minor color or texture differences).

How to submit a warranty request

Please contact us via email or messenger and include:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue;
• photos or videos showing the defect.

We will get back to you within 1–2 business days and offer the best solution — repair, replacement, or compensation.
